Some time ago . . .
We started out as the Clarinet Institute of Los Angeles. We were a group of clarinet players in Southern California. It was the early days of the internet and we created a web site so we could keep track of each other, schedule events, and share some of our public domain music.

We were teaching and performing and posting our old music. Word got out and people all over the world started downloading our music. Traffic on our web site grew so heavy that it overloaded the server and shut down a few times. People were spending all day downloading clarinet music. All over the world, people were clicking and waiting and clicking and waiting..... hours and hours.... it tied up the server!

So we started a service. If you wanted all the music on the site, just send us enough money to cover expenses and we'll put it all on a disk and send it to you. Oboe and Flute players wrote to us and asked for archives for their instruments so we decided to archive other music, too.

Now we offer archives for all the woodwinds and brass. We also do Cello, String Quartets and Quintets. For a little over sixteen bucks (about 16 Euros), you get a ridiculous amount of music! $16.95 buys you lunch..... or a lifetime supply of music.

Our archives are available in several formats. All of our formats work on both PC's and Macs:
