PayPal requires fast international shipping.  Shipments to Italy, Russia, Bulgaria, Hungary and anywhere in South America often take more than 45 days to be delivered.  Because we cannot guarantee fast delivery to these areas, we must purchase a special tracking number for PayPal orders.
